I’m an assistant professor at the Nara Institute of Science and Technology in Japan in the Quantum Photo-Science Laboratory researching interactions between molecules and confined light at femtosecond and picosecond time scales with ultrafast lasers.

This website is my home on the internet, because websites are back! (now that the internet as we know it is broken and social media is... not really what we wanted it to be, is it?)

All of the CSS and HTML—layout, fonts, colors (like 'em or not)—on this site are my own design. Simple, fast, and a careful selection of shades of blue. No tracking. The site is built with Jekyll and hosted on Github Pages.

Zotero by far the best reference management software out there
